Festival Dates: February 2004 - Setting up
Anyone
wanting to work at the Festival must,
please, complete one of these forms,
however well known you are or however many times you have worked before. For insurance purposes, you must be a current paid-up member of
CAMRA. Please have your membership card
with you when you work. Please also make sure that you write your
address legibly, in full, below or you may in due course find that you miss out
on something. The organisers reserve
the right to decline any offer of help where they consider it will not be in
the best interests of the Festival or CAMRA itself.

Please
tick the sessions that you want to work in the grid below. The times that you mark do not have to be
strictly kept to but it is crucial for the Staffing Officer to have some idea
of how many people will be available and when.
